I’m not ashamed to share my testimony
To help my sister or brother
I once was a victim
I’ve renewed my mind, restored my life, and I rejoice in His greatness
I’m more than a conquer
Being sexually assaulted affected my life
But I refuse to let it define me at my core
I am a victor
I battled with depression
And I once walked in defeat
I felt unworthy of the things of God
Now I shout, the devil is a liar!
I boldly step to my enemy
I know who I am!
I know who’s I am!
I’m victorious!
My past empowered me for my future
I walk with my head held high
I walk in favor
I’m not ashamed
Because I survived
My brother
My sister
Don’t be ashamed because
Because you too survived!
